Ready-made seating chart designs are customized with your colors and guests' seating information. The size can be changed to accommodate your needs, as long as the design retains its overall shape.

The final file is sent via email in ready to print pdf format. Because of the large size of these designs, you will need access to a large format printer, or need to use a professional printer.

Colors and all text will be changed to your specific wedding information. Dates or other text can be removed at no charge, but if you would like to add additional text to a design, change the layout, or substitute a different graphic in a design, a fee will apply. Two (2) free revisions are included in your purchase. For tips on where to print your seating chart and for sample file downloads, visit the design directory page.

To order a ready-made seating chart design:

·Choose the seating chart style to order by browsing the options on the left

·Use Belletristics' printable color chart to choose your colors

·Fill out the ready-made accessory order form

Before submitting your order, please make sure to read over Belletristics' policies and terms of service.

-Email your guests' information to belletristics {at} gmail.com

If the chart will be arranged alphabetically, I'd need your guest list in alphabetical order by last name, with couples/families grouped together.  You'll also need to include the table number/name they'll be sitting at.   Or if it will be arranged by table, I'll need the guest listing grouped according to the table number/name they'll be seated at.

Within 2 business days of submitting your order, you will receive a custom price quote and PayPal invoice based on the designs requested.

You will receive your first proof within 3-5 business days of payment.
