Sample Downloads

Try before you buy! Belletristics offers sample design downloads so you can order with confidence. Each sample design is formatted the same way your final file will be, so feel free to download a copy and see for yourself how easy it will be!

With the exception of monogram designs (which are available in your choice of JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats) all files are provided in high quality PDF format. The designs are set up to print on 8-1/2" x 11" paper, and crop marks are included so you know exactly where to cut. Designs that are to be folded will also include dashed fold lines. Escort cards and wrap around address labels will include editable text boxes so you can easily type in your guest's information.

To Download:

To download the file, right-click (or alt-click) on the link and choose "save link as" (or "save file as") to save the file to your computer. Once the file has finished downloading, navigate to where it is saved on your computer (usually a downloads folder or your desktop).

To print:

Open the file using Adobe Reader. (Please make sure to use the most up to date version of the software. You can download a free copy of Adobe Reader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ )
Open the PDF file, and choose "print" from the file menu. In the print options dialog box, make sure to set "Page Scaling" to "none" and that the page size is set to 8-1/2" x 11". For designs in landscape layout, you may also need to set the orientation to "landscape" if your print does not automatically make the adjustment.
Once the page has finished printing, use the crop marks to cut the each designs to size.

To edit text in the address label and escort card files:

Open the file using Adobe Reader. Double click the text and highlight it, then replace with your information. To bring up text editing tools hold down "ctrl+e" (or cmd+e if you're on a mac) and you'll be able to change the font, size, color, and alignment of the text. Keep in mind, you will need to use a font that is installed on your computer for any text you edit.
When printing, make sure that in the print dialog box under "comments and forms" you select "Document and Markups". If it isn't selected, the text you type in may not print.

Sample design downloads are provided as a courtesy for Belletristics' clients. Feel free to download and print the samples "as is" for test printing purposes. You may not distribute, alter, or make these samples available to others without the prior written consent of Belletristics. Some designs below are marked as "freebie designs". You may print multiple copies of freebie designs for personal use.

Save the Date

This file is set to print two 4" x 6" save the dates per 8-1/2" x 11" page, and crop marks are included. This design includes full bleed graphics. To ensure the ink runs fully to the edge of the paper when trimmed to size, and does not stop short of it, an extra 1/10" of the design has been included.

These address designs are set to print directly on your outer and rsvp envelopes. Because directions for printing on envelopes differ from printer to printer, you should consult your printer's manual for more information.

Belly Band

Ceremony Program

This sample file is set up to print one 5" x 7" folded booklet style program per 8-1/2" x 11" page. Print then first side, then run back through your printer to print the second side. Once the file has finished printing, trim using the crop marks as guides, then fold in half!

Escort Cards
