Ready Made Thank You Card Order Form

  • Design Order Options

    Ready Made designs are personalized with your event information and colors. If you would like to further customize a design (e.g. change the fonts, orientation, or layout) additional fees will apply. Please contact Belletristics if you wish to customize a ready made thank you design.


  • Flat thank you cards have an optional backer designs. Folded cards will be blank on the back and inside.
  • Printing Method

    If you are printing at home, final files will be set up to print multiples (if space allows) per 8-1/2"x11" page, with crop marks included.
    If you are using a professional printer, you must check with them for their print ready file requirements before completing your order.


  • Please enter any requirements your printer has for the final file set up. If no information is provided, the files will be set up to print multiples per 8-1/2"x11" page, with crop marks included.

  • Sizing

    Please enter the dimensions (in inches) you prefer for your thank you design. Standard sizing is 6"x 4" for a flat card and 6"x8" for a folded card (folds in half to 6"x4"). The dimensions can be changed to fit your needs as long as the design retains its original shape and orientation.
    If you are ordering a postcard style design, the maximum size is 6" long x 4 1/4" high and the minimum size is 5" long x 3 1/2" high (according to the USPS website).
  • Thank You card Style

    If you are ordering a photo card, you will need to email a high resolution (at least 300dpi) copy of your photo to orders@belletristics.com. If your photo was taken by a professional photographer, you must send a copy of the release form along with the photo.
  • Colors

    Choosing one dark color and one light color is recommended. View Belletristics' Color Chart to choose your colors, or enter the HEX, RGB, or PMS number of the colors to use.

  • After submitting the form, you will be forwarded to PayPal to complete your payment. Please contact Belletristics if you have any questions, or if you have issues with the order form or payment process.

    Please note: if you do not complete your payment through PayPal, your order will not be received.

    A summary of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add orders@belletristics.com to your contact list to ensure you receive your order summary.

    If you are ordering a photo card, please make sure to email a high resolution copy of your photo to orders@belletristics.com. If your photo was taken by a professional photographer, you must send a copy of the release form along with the photo.

    You can expect your first proof 3-5 business days from completing your order. Please keep in mind, if you placed your order after business hours, it will not be processed until the next business day. So while an order placed at 11 am on Wednesday will be processed the same day, one placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
