Ready made Seating Chart order form

    Ready made seating charts are $45 for up to 125 names. Upon submitting this form, you will be forwarded to PayPal to complete the $45 payment.

    You will need to email a copy of your guest list (Microsoft Excel format is preferred) to orders@belletristics.com to complete your order. Guest list should be in alphabetical order by last name, with each guests' seating assignment included. All names should be typed exactly as you wish them to appear on the final chart. If you wish to include a listing of your bridal party, please send their names separately in the order you wish them to appear.

    If you have more than 125 names, there is a $.25 charge per additional name. You will receive an invoice for the additional names within 1-2 business days.
  • FInal File set up

    Final files will be a PDF of your seating chart, at size. If your printer has any special requirements for the final file, please enter them below.
  • Size

    Please enter the dimensions (in inches) you prefer for your save the date design. Standard sizing is 20"x30" or 24"x36". The dimensions can be changed to fit your needs as long as the design retains its original shape and orientation.

  • Colors

    Choosing one dark color and one light color is recommended. View Belletristics' Color Chart to choose your colors, or enter the HEX, RGB, or PMS number of the colors to use.

After submitting the form, you will be forwarded to PayPal to complete your payment of $45. If you have more than 125 names to include, you will receive an invoice for the additional names within 1-2 business days.

After completing your payment, please make sure to email your guest list to orders@belletristics.com. Work cannot begin on your design until the guest list is received.

Please note: if you do not complete your payment through PayPal, your order will not be received.

A summary of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add orders@belletristics.com to your contact list to ensure you receive your order summary.

Proofs are sent 2-3 business days from completing your order and payment. The day your order is placed does NOT count as a business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. If you place an order after business hours, it will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
