Ready Made accessory designs are personalized with your event information and colors. If you would like to further customize a design (e.g. change the fonts, orientation, or layout) additional fees will apply. Please contact Belletristics if you wish to customize a ready made accessory desgin.

Printing Method

If you are printing at home, final files will be set up to print multiples per 8-1/2"x11" page, with crop marks included. If you are printing on a pre-scored label template, you must provide a copy of or link to the template so your designs can be properly formatted.
If you are using a professional printer, you must check with them for their print ready file requirements before completing your order.

Standard size is 8"x2" for an A7 envelope. You may also choose the direction to which the label wraps. Editable text boxes for the mail to address will be included in your final file.

Table numbers orders include tables 1-20. Additional numbers are available for $2.50 for every 5 tables. If you would like to substitute names for numbers, a $10 fee will apply. Please contact Belletristics if you need more than 20 tables, or if you would like to use names in place of numbers.

Escort Card Information

Standard sizing is 3"x4" for a folded card and 3"x2" for a flat card.

Escort cards can include editable text boxes so you can type in your guest's names and seating assignment. Please note: you will need to use a font that is installed on your computer for any editable text. Belletristics does not provide the fonts or names of fonts used in any designs.

If you would like Belletristics to enter the names for you, there is a $.25 fee per card.

After submitting the form, you will be forwarded to PayPal to complete your payment. Please contact Belletristics if you have any questions, or if you have issues with the order form or payment process.

Please note: if you do not complete your payment through PayPal, your order will not be received.

A summary of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add orders@belletristics.com to your contact list to ensure you recieve your order summary.

If you are ordering an envelope liner design, please make sure to email a scan of your envelope, laying flat with the flap open, to orders@belletristics.com. If you are unable to send a scan, you may mail an envelope to Belletristics. Please contact us if you need to mail in your envelope.

You can expect your first proof 3-5 business days from completing your order. Please keep in mind, if you placed your order after business hours, it will not be processed until the next business day. So while an order placed at 11 am on Wednesday will be processed the same day, one placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
