Belletristics' printable designs are sent to you via email in ready to print PDF format that you can print at home or take to a professional printer. Belletristics provides sample design downloads so you can order with confidence! Each sample design is formatted the same way your final file will be, so feel free to download a copy and see for yourself how easy it will be!

How it works

1. Choose your designs

Browse Belletristics' ready made design options by using the links below

save the dates • invitations • programs • reception stationery • extras

Once you've found a style you love, make sure to note the style name or number, since you'll need it when placing your order (the style name or number will be found directly below the design- it looks like "add-003" or "ambrosia").

 

2. Place your order

Please use the form for the design type you would like to order. If you are placing a large order consisting of multiple items, please contact Belletristics for assistance.

After submitting any of the above order forms, you will be forwarded to PayPal to make your payment. You will receive an email receipt for your payment from PayPal and a summary of your order details will be sent to the email address you provide in your order form. These emails will confirm your order and payment; Belletristics will not contact you prior to sending the first proof unless there are questions about your order.

If you are using a professional or online printer, you will need to check with them for their print ready file requirements prior to ordering. 

 

3. Review your proof

Your first design proof will be sent via email within 3 business days of submitting your payment and wording.
Two free revisions are included in your purchase. Additional revisions are available at $10 each. Revised proofs are sent within 1 business day.

 

4. Approve your design & Print

Once you've approved the design, Belletristics will send your final files via email. Printable invitation and accessories are sent in your choice of the following:

OPTION A) Print at home: 2-up on 8½"x 11" paper with crop marks and 1/10" bleed

OPTION B) Local copy shop (like Staples/Kinkos): 2-up on 8½"x 11" paper with crop marks and 1/10" bleed

OPTION C) Online Printer: Single PDF or JPEG
Make sure to let us know what printer you’re using so your files can be properly formatted.

OPTION D) Other Professional Printer: check with your printer for their file set up requirements

Many of our designs can be formatted for letterpress printing. Please contact us prior to ordering to find out if your design is letterpress compatible. Additional fees may apply to format files for letterpress.
